CNC Machining Capabilities
Utilizing both mulit-axis CNC machining centers, our conventional and high-speed CNC equipment runs on the latest CAM software. Like our precision metal stamping operation, our CNC milling services offer a cost-effective alternative for producing prototypes, especially in conjunction with our precision metal fabrication capabilities. Our ability to easily handle secondary machining operations can improve processes for both short and long production runs.
From manual milling machines to our fully automated 28-station Hurco machines, we can manufacture parts up to 24” x 18” x 45”. This gives us the capability to machine close tolerance milled components with precision.
